Full payment of the enrollment, corresponding to the total amount of the course, gives you access to the contracted package.

If the enrollment is canceled more than 60 days before the start date of the course, Plan4Privacy, Lda. will fully refund you or, in the case of a split payment(s), the amount(s) paid up to the date of cancellation.

If the enrollment is canceled more than 30 days before the start date of the course, Plan4Privacy, Lda. will reimburse 50%, except in case of phased payment.

If the enrollment is canceled less than 29 days from the start date of the course, Plan4Privacy, Lda. will not reimburse, giving you the possibility to transfer the enrollment to a new course date, valid for 12 months. Plan4Privacy, Lda. will not be held accountable if the course is not repeated during this period.

If you do not attend the course without due and timely cancellation of the registration, Plan4Privacy, Lda. will not reimburse and will not transfer the registration to a new date.

The feasibility of taking a course depends on a minimum number of applications. Plan4Privacy, Lda. reserves the right to reschedule a course due to its lack of feasibility, notifying those enrolled at least 15 days in advance of the course start date.
